Ken Post | Owner



Hearing Remedy is owned and operated by Ken Post. Ken is a former electronics engineer who uses his analytical mind and extensive knowledge of technology to solve his patient’s hearing challenges. Ken was attracted to Hearing Remedy because of the potential to help people hear better with outstanding service and state-of-the-art products. He also liked the idea of helping seniors improve the quality of their lives through better hearing in those challenging situations such as family gatherings and noisy restaurants.

Ken is particularly good at explaining your hearing situation to you in words that are easy to understand. Each phase of the testing is carefully explained so you understand what is being tested and what the results mean. He thoughtfully answers all your questions, so you can confidently make those important decisions relating to your hearing.

Ken understands the importance keeping it simple, even with the highest technology hearing instruments. He makes sure that your hearing instruments are extremely easy to use and very comfortable. Ken understands the lasting psychological and physical damage such as depression, isolation, loneliness, loss of thinking ability, and early onset of dementia if hearing loss is left untreated. Ken is enjoying providing an excellent hearing experience to the residents of Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Laguna Hills and nearby communities.

His favorite part about helping people get better hearing is when patients say, “You’ve changed my life.”

KarenKaren Schoeman-Post is our Marketing manager. She loves interacting with people of all ages. She says working at Hearing Remedy is great, but her most important job is being a grandmother. Karen is also an awesome cook. People say her chopped liver is to die for. Ken says her apple pie is the best he has ever tasted.
